Waits Valve Angle Globe Valve can control the flow of fluid media by rotating the valve stem to raise or lower the valve disc. Its 90 degree right angle flow channel design breaks the traditional direct current valve structure, effectively reducing fluid resistance and energy consumption. Angle Globe Valve is a stop valve design with inlet and outlet perpendicular to each other. It uses linear motion to move the closing piece in and out of the valve seat surface. Angle valves are commonly used for boiler feedwater and heater drain services, as well as pipeline valves with limited space. The valve can also be used as an elbow. The valve can be cage type, or with an enlarged outlet connection, a restrictive valve trim or an outlet liner to reduce corrosion, flashing or cavitation damage.
